Junior High Physical Education:

Physical activity continues to play a significant role in our lives, with the adolescent years being a critical time for the development of positive lifestyle choices.  The aim of the Grade 7 – 9 Physical Education program is to enable individuals to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to lead an active, healthy lifestyle.  The CHHS PE Department will endeavor to provide learning opportunities in the following dimensions:  Games, Individual Activities, Alternative Environments, Fitness, and Dance.
